We provide a free rental assessment using key details about your home, like location, size, and bedrooms, to compare it with thousands of similar properties. This helps you understand your property’s rental value and ensures our pricing is fair, transparent, and backed by real market data.

Leasing Fee

50% of one month’s rent, charged once at the completion of a lease. This is essentially a one-time setup fee for bringing in a new tenant.

Monthly Management Fee

9% of rent actually collected, with a $100 minimum per month. This fee is charged only while a tenant is in place and paying rent. No fee is collected during vacancy periods.
