Leasing Fee
50% of one month’s rent, charged once at the completion of a lease. This is essentially a one-time setup fee for bringing in a new tenant.
Monthly Management Fee
9% of rent actually collected, with a $100 minimum per month. This fee is charged only while a tenant is in place and paying rent. No fee is collected during vacancy periods.
